Week 4
I've lost a little over 10 pounds. I don't work real hard at losing the weight which is great. I take my meds as prescribed each morning.
I have noticed lately that I have a tingling in my fingers and toes. I am not sure if this is related to the meds and weight loss or not. It is worrying me. I am going to look up to see if it is a side effect of the meds or not and contact the doctor if needed.
Most things do not taste good. That is one way to keep me from eating.
Here are some examples. I usually eat 2 pieces of pizza. I am full after eating just one.
I eat what ever my husband is fixing for dinner but I eat about half the portion size I was eating before. When I am full, I stop eating.
I normally eat a sweet at nice. Ice cream, a piece of cake, etc. I don't miss it at all. Now I no sweet or I eat a small bowl or strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries.
For breakfast I eat a Quaker chewy chocolate chip granola bar.
For lunch I eat a bowl of soup or something else small. It is so easy for me to miss lunch because I am not hungry and I will work right through it. That is not good because by the time 3:00 rolls around I am hungry.
I have not stopped in to a fast food drive thru since I started this diet. I have not had a desire to.
That is all for now. Keeping my fingers crossed that this tingling is nothing serious.
